Message of Felicitation of the Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen, Shiekh-ul-Hadith Hibatullah Akhundzada, (May Allah protect him), on the Occasion of Eid-ul-fitr

All praise be to Allah. We praise Him and seek His help and forgiveness. We also seek His refuge from the evils of our inner selves and from our wicked deeds. Whoever is guided by Allah, there is none to mislead him and whoever is left by Allah in error, there will be none as guide for him (except Allah). I testify there is no god but Allah. Alone is He and has no associate and I testify that Mohammad (peace be upon him) is his Servant and Messenger.



Allah, the Almighty says:

Permission (to take up arms) is hereby given to those who are fought against because they have been oppressed. (Chapter: 22, Verse: 39)

To the Believing People of Afghanistan and all the Islamic Ummah:

Asalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh

(Peace, mercy and blessing of Allah be upon you)

First of all, I would like to extend my heart-felt felicitation to you all on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-fitr and pray to the Almighty Allah to accept in His Sight your worships, fastings, prayers, charities and all good deeds that you have performed in the holy month of Ramadan.



(My) Afghan Mujahid Nation!

We are celebrating Eid-ul-fitr of the current year in a time that our beloved country is under occupation and the dedicated sons of our people – the undaunted Mujahideen – are stationed at the strongholds of the defense and sacrifice for obtainment of complete independence of the country and establishment of an Islamic system. It is no secret that the current war has been started by the invaders in the first place. They are the ones who came to Afghanistan from far-flung areas of the world for occupation of the country and for toppling of an Islamic regime. The Islamic Emirate has been forced to resort to war for the defense of Islamic rituals, its people and the country. As such, it still has been continuing the Jihad. Therefore, to end or extend the war, it is a task lying on the shoulders of the self-same invading entities. Those who attacked Afghanistan under the name of maintaining security have themselves destabilized the whole region. The more they insist on maintaining the presence of their forces here or want surge of their forces, the more the regional sensitive against them will intensify. This will lead to instability of the entire region including Afghanistan.

Americans should understand that continuation of war in Afghanistan, upsurge of bombardment, the killing of the miserable Afghans, the use of mother of bombs in order to scare their political rivals and to test new weapons, the creation of armed groups against Mujahideen under different names, their funding and publicity in order to defame and weaken the Jihadist resistance, incitement of ethnical, geographical and lingual conflicts among the Afghans or the stoking up of other seditions will never usher in success for them. The Afghans are not a people to kowtow to someone. Don’t ignore our history! The last 16 years which you wasted on prolonging the meaningless war, accruing futile expenditures and tarnishing your military and political status cane be sufficient enough for you. You lost a great number of your soldiers; martyred and handicapped the Afghans; destroyed their houses and other infrastructures and turned Afghanistan into virtual ruins. If you think that you may break our determination with your military presence and surge of troops, you are making a mistake! This is not the solution of the issue to continue your occupation on the request of the inept Administration of Kabul. Contrarily, it is rationale to change your belligerent policy by understanding the realities. The fate of Afghanistan and all relevant issues here belong to the Afghans. The honor-loving Afghans don’t succumb to pressure of any one, nor do they accept the directives of others in the affairs of their country. Independence of the country and Islamic system is dear and important to them more than their own selves. You would have learnt a lesson from your decade and a half long presence in the land of the Afghans! It is more appropriate that you make no more mistakes to extend your occupation.

Whenever your illegitimate occupation of Afghanistan comes to an end, the Islamic Emirate has a comprehensive policy to maintain constructive and good relations with you and the world including the neighbors as per the principles. Here, I would like to mention the (well-known) policy of the Islamic Emirate that we don’t want to intervene in the internal affairs of others and nor allow others to intervene in our internal affairs. Likewise, we don’t permit others to use the soil of Afghanistan against anyone.

(My) Muslim Mujahid Nation!

Jihad against invaders is a Divine obligation. It doesn’t have to do with one’s personal interests, nor can it be changed with a change in personal views of someone. Jihad is not an ambiguous chapter among the Sharia rules and the Islamic history that it can be started and stopped merely on the basis of personal ruling of a person. Throughout the Islamic history, the fruit of the sacred jihad has not been obtained under the domination and command of unbelievers. Neither corrupt rulers have ever implemented the rules of the religion nor is the establishment of Islamic system possible under the shadow of the air force of the invaders.

The Americans have imposed on our nations those figures who are neither committed to their religion nor the interests of the people. They are only protectors of the interests of the Americans. We have seen that these stooge figures are ready on the behest of America to tip Afghanistan against its neighbors and the region and solely make it a scapegoat of the American interests. If the status quo persists, they are even ready to usher in the factional fighting of the 1990s and disintegrate our historical country into various parts by once again flaring up ethnical, geographical and lingual prejudices among our united people. The recent developments of Kabul speak volume for the sedition of the foreign-linked instigators. The Islamic Emirate, as a protecting force of the Sharia-based and national interests of the country, condemns all subversive activities among the brother ethnicities under the name of ethnicity, language, geography, religion and faction and considers them a subversive effort, being a part of the pre-planned conspiracies of the defeated enemy in Afghanistan. Therefore Islamic Emirate fully tries to stymie them.



(My) Afghan Mujahid People!

The legitimate defensive Jihad of the Afghan people against the foreign occupation gains strength with the passage of each day with the help of the Almighty Allah, your support, the unprecedented sincerity and sacrifices of the Mujahideen, the successful diplomacy of the Islamic Emirate and the discipline. The mainstream entities of the world admit its effectiveness, legitimacy and success. This has made the invading enemy worried and flabbergasted. That is why they have resorted to launching baseless propaganda against the Islamic Emirate, attributing our achievements to others. However, in this respect, we assure our Mujahid people and the world that in order to drive away an invader, the Islamic Emirate will not allow anyone else to intervene in Afghanistan. The sole factor of our success lies in the national support of the Afghan people against all invaders.

The Islamic Emirate is grateful to all those who acknowledge the legitimacy of the lawful defensive resistance of the Afghan Mujahid people and urges them that by using their global influence, compel the Americans to put an end to the occupation of Afghanistan. By accepting the legitimate demands of the Afghan Mujahid people, the Americans themselves should resolve the issue through diplomatic means instead of confrontation with the Jihadic resistance. The occupation is the main obstacle in the way of peace. The solution of the Afghan issue through peaceful means is part and parcel of the policy of the Islamic Emirate, should the occupation come to an end. The Political Office has been given the task to find a peaceful solution.

Peace, genuine security and prosperity of the countrymen under the shadow of Islamic system are our fundamental goal. We are committed to economic, educational and comprehensive development of our people with firm determination. The Islamic Emirate welcomes all processes of rehabilitation and considers support and protection of all kind of (rehabilitation and construction) activities in the light of its principles and bye-laws as an obligation. The Mujahideen should continue with paving the way for religious and modern education and rehabilitation work as per the demand of the people.

Our Message for the World is:

Make efforts to eradicate the sufferings of the miserable people in the world, particularly, in the Middle East; don’t leave defenseless and oppressed people to American and Israeli atrocities. Similarly, we are deeply upset (saddened) by the recent row between Qatar and a number of other Arab countries. We urge the brotherly Arab countries to resolve their internal issues, whatever they are, through understanding so that their people will remain safe from harms and their countries from others’ interventions.

To the Mujahid Brothers Stationed in the Strongholds of Jihad and Sacrifices:

You must be happy and should express gratitude that the Almighty Allah has chosen you in this critical time for protection of His religion and people. Jihad in the way of the religion and in the way of defense of the Muslims is one of the best deeds that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) has called it the Peak of Islam. So don’t pay attention to the propaganda and interpretation and idle talk of the enemy regarding the current jihad. Sufficient is for you the elucidation given by the Book of Allah (SWT) and the Prophet of Allah (SWT) regarding Jihad. But you must be careful, though the Jihad is the best deed but still it carries with it high risks. God forbid, if you violate others rights during Jihad or harass innocent human being or harm the life, property or status of the common people, then you will become a hated and despised person, deserving punishment in this world and the world to come. So pay close attention to your conduct and behavior and prevent your colleagues from any unlawful conduct.

Bear in mind prevention of civilian casualties when you make plan of Jihadic operation as well as during its implementation. Those operations that lead to the loss of life and property of people are not acceptable to us. Desist from carrying out such operations because harming life and property of people is against the rules of Sharia and the policy of the Islamic Emirate.

Keep your resolve and fortitude ever high. Your best planning, firm determination and sacrifices have, with the help of the Almighty Allah, plunged the invaders and their supporters into jittery, foiling their conspiracies, rendering wave of their propaganda ineffective and futile. This status quo requires us to ever more focus on refining our intention and deed; to keep the unity of our files and ranks; to obey your superiors and always keep in mind the accountability and retribution of Allah, the Almighty; adapt evermore leniency in your conduct with the Creation of God. The brutal conduct of the enemy with the believing people and the miserable prisoners of war never provoke you to resort to a retaliatory conduct but behave well with the prisoners of war of the enemy as based by the conduct of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).

The Heads of Jihadi files and ranks should remain alert as to the conspiracies of the enemy and abrupt attacks; take caution in the usage of devices that can be under surveillance, insouciance with your own lives and the lives of Mujahideen do harm the Jihadic files and ranks and accrue responsibility in the world to come.

I urge all the countrymen, the honorable religious scholars, academics, the influentials, the grass- root and political personalities, writers, professional cadres, teachers of the new generation and all those who have sympathy with this miserable people and the ruined country to become one voice against the Americans – the key factor behind the war.

To end, I call on all countrymen to let your miserable brothers and sisters, whether they are orphans or from the families of the martyrs and the prisoners or other miserable people – to have sustained share in your festivities specially, in these auspicious days and nights of Eid-ul-fitr and extend them a hand of help as you can. Peace be on you.

সমস্ত প্রশংসা আল্লাহর জন্য আমরা তাঁর প্রশংসা করি এবং তাঁর সাহায্য ও ক্ষমা লাভ করি। আমরা আমাদের আভ্যন্তরীণ কামনা থেকে এবং আমাদের দুষ্ট কর্ম থেকে তার আশ্রয় খুঁজছি। যে কেউ আল্লাহ্র নির্দেশিত পথে পরিচালিত হয়, তাকে পথভ্রষ্ট করার কেউ নেই এবং যে কেউ আল্লাহ তায়ালার বাণীকে ভুলিয়ে রাখে, তার জন্য কোন পথপ্রদর্শক হবে না (আল্লাহ ছাড়া)। আমি সাক্ষ্য দিই যে আল্লাহ ছাড়া আর কোন উপাস্য নেই। একমাত্র তিনিই আর কোন সহযোগী নন এবং আমি সাক্ষ্য দিচ্ছি যে মোহাম্মদ (সঃ) তার চাকর ও রসূল।



আল্লাহ সর্বশক্তিমান বলেছেন:

অনুমতি দেওয়া হয় (অস্ত্র তুলে নেওয়ার জন্য) যাদের বিরুদ্ধে লড়াই করা হয়, তাদের বিরুদ্ধে এভাবে দমন করা হয়। (অধ্যায়: 22, আয়াত: 39)




আফগানিস্তানের বিশ্বাসী মানুষ এবং সকল ইসলামী উম্মাহর কাছে:

আসলামু আলাইকুম ও রহমতুল্লাহ্ ওয়ারা বারকাতু

সর্বোপরি, আমি ঈদুল ফিতরের শুভ উপলক্ষে আপনাদের কাছে আমার হৃদয়কে অনুরাগী শ্রদ্ধা জানাতে এবং সর্বশক্তিমান আল্লাহকে তাঁর উপাসনা, উপবাস, নামাজ, দাতব্য এবং সকল ভালো কাজের দৃষ্টিতে গ্রহণ করতে চাই। যে আপনি রমজান পবিত্র মাসে সঞ্চালিত হয়েছে



(আমার) আফগান মুজাহিদ দেশ!

আমরা বর্তমান বছরের ঈদুল ফিতর উদযাপন করছি, যে সময়ে আমাদের প্রিয় দেশ দখল করে আছে এবং আমাদের জনগণের নিখুঁত পুত্রদের - নিঃশর্ত মুজাহিদিন - প্রতিরক্ষা ও আত্মত্যাগের দুর্গগুলিতে সম্পূর্ণ স্বাধীনতা লাভের জন্য নিয়োজিত রয়েছে। দেশ এবং একটি ইসলামী সিস্টেম প্রতিষ্ঠা। এটা কোন গোপন বিষয় নয় যে প্রথম যুদ্ধে আগ্রাসীদের দ্বারা বর্তমান যুদ্ধ শুরু হয়েছে তারা এমন ব্যক্তি যারা দেশের দখলদারিত্বের জন্য আফগানিস্তান থেকে দূরে অবস্থিত এবং আফগানিস্তান থেকে ইসলামি শাসন অব্যাহত রাখার জন্য এসেছিল। ইসলামী আকিরা ইসলামিক রীতিনীতি, তার জনগণ এবং দেশের প্রতিরক্ষার জন্য যুদ্ধের আশ্রয় নিতে বাধ্য হয়েছে। যেমন, এটি এখনো জিহাদ চালিয়ে যাচ্ছে। অতএব, যুদ্ধ শেষ বা প্রসারিত করতে, এটি একটি স্বতন্ত্র একই আক্রমণকারী সংস্থার কাঁধে মিথ্যা কাজ হয়। নিরাপত্তা রক্ষার নামে যারা আফগানিস্তানে হামলা চালায় তারা নিজ নিজ এলাকার অস্থিতিশীলতা করে। আরো তারা এখানে তাদের বাহিনী উপস্থিতি বজায় রাখা বা তাদের বাহিনী ঢেউ চাই, তাদের বিরুদ্ধে আঞ্চলিক সংবেদনশীল আরও তীব্র হবে। এই আফগানিস্তান সহ সমগ্র অঞ্চলের অস্থিতিশীলতা হতে হবে

আমেরিকানরা বুঝতে হবে যে আফগানিস্তানে যুদ্ধ চালিয়ে যাওয়া, বোমা হামলা, দুর্বৃত্ত আফগানদের হত্যা, তাদের রাজনৈতিক প্রতিদ্বন্দ্বীকে ভীতি প্রদর্শন এবং নতুন অস্ত্র পরীক্ষা করার জন্য মুজাহিদীনদের বিরুদ্ধে বিভিন্ন গোষ্ঠীর সশস্ত্র গোষ্ঠী গঠনের জন্য বোমার ব্যবহার। , জিহাদি আন্দোলনকে বদলাতে এবং দুর্বল করার জন্য তাদের তহবিল ও প্রচার, আফগানদের মধ্যে জাতিগত, ভৌগোলিক ও ভাষাগত দ্বন্দ্বের উদ্দীপনা বা অন্যান্য আতঙ্ক ছড়িয়ে দেওয়ার জন্য তাদের জন্য সফলতা কখনো আসবে না। আফগানরা কেউ কাউকে কাউকে কাউকে কাউকে কাউকে কাউকে কাউকে কাউকে কাউকে কাউকে কাউকে কোপ করতে দেয় না। আমাদের ইতিহাস উপেক্ষা করবেন না! গত 16 বছরে আপনি অর্থহীন যুদ্ধের দীর্ঘমেয়াদী যুদ্ধে বেপরোয়া হয়ে পড়েছিলেন, অর্থহীন ব্যয় বাড়াতে এবং আপনার সামরিক ও রাজনৈতিক অবস্থা বঞ্চিত করার জন্য যথেষ্ট যথেষ্ট হতে পারে। আপনি আপনার সৈন্য একটি বড় সংখ্যা হারিয়ে; আফগানদের শহীদ ও গৃহহীনতা; তাদের ঘরবাড়ি এবং অন্যান্য অবকাঠামো ধ্বংস করে এবং আফগানিস্তানে ভার্চুয়াল ধ্বংসাবশেষ পরিণত। যদি আপনি মনে করেন যে আপনি আপনার সামরিক উপস্থিতি এবং সৈন্যদের ঢেউয়ের সাথে আমাদের দৃঢ়সংকল্প ভেঙ্গে যেতে পারেন, আপনি একটি ভুল করছেন! কাবুলের অবিচ্ছিন্ন প্রশাসনের অনুরোধের ওপর আপনার পেশার অব্যাহত রাখার বিষয়টি এই সমাধান নয়। প্রকৃতপক্ষে, বাস্তবতাগুলি বোঝার মাধ্যমে আপনার বিদ্রোহী নীতি পরিবর্তন করার জন্য এটি যুক্তি। আফগানিস্তানের ভাগ্য এবং এখানে সব প্রাসঙ্গিক বিষয় আফগানদের অন্তর্গত। সম্মানিত বান্ধব আফগানরা কোনও ব্যক্তির চাপে মারা যায় না এবং তাদের দেশের অন্যান্য বিষয়েও নির্দেশনা গ্রহণ করে না। দেশ ও ইসলামী ব্যবস্থার স্বাধীনতা তাদের নিজেদের থেকে বেশি প্রিয় এবং প্রিয়। আফগানদের দেশে আপনার দশ দশক থেকে অর্ধেকেরও বেশি সময় ধরে আপনি একটি শিক্ষা শিখতে পারতেন! এটা আপনার পেশা প্রসারিত করার জন্য আপনি কোন ভুল করবেন না যে আরো উপযুক্ত।

যখনই আপনার আফগানিস্তানের অবৈধ কর্তৃত্ব শেষ হয়ে যায় তখন ইসলামিক এমিরেট-এর একটি ব্যাপক নীতি রয়েছে যা নীতি ও নীতি অনুযায়ী প্রতিবেশীদের সহ আপনার এবং বিশ্বের সঙ্গে গঠনমূলক ও ভাল সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখতে সহায়ক। এখানে, আমি ইসলামি আমিরতের (সুপরিচিত) নীতিটি উল্লেখ করতে চাই যে আমরা অন্যদের অভ্যন্তরীণ বিষয়ে হস্তক্ষেপ করতে চাই না এবং অন্যদেরকে আমাদের অভ্যন্তরীণ বিষয়গুলিতে হস্তক্ষেপ করতে দেব না। একইভাবে, আমরা কাউকে কাউকে আফগানিস্তানের মাটিতে ব্যবহার করার অনুমতি দিই না।
